I value the privacy of the visitors to Authentic Vibrations.  Be assured that any personal information you provide including and similar to your name, telephone number, address, and email address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals without your express permission.

I may, from time to time, link to external sites to provide added information or additional resources; however, I am not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

I reserve the right to make changes to this policy from time to time. Your continued use of this site will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Payment Policy

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders are processed using PayPal online payment system. Individuals may provide payment by cheque or e-transfer; however, such payment must be obtained at least one week prior to the start of any experience or product shipment.

All credit card and payment transactions are handled by PayPal.  Please refer to the PayPal Privacy Policy for more information.

Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Payments for ‘save my seat/discussion’ experiences are non-refundable. If an individual needs to cancel or postpone attending a session or taking part in any discussion, the deposit may be put towards any future experience within the year the deposit is made.

Refunds will only be issued if I, as the organizer and facilitator, cancel a session or programme.
